Clean up on listenability, never on content

you're not purging on what it's about your purging on whether or not it meets a minimum level of listening ability.

Summary
Dave tombstoned 296,000 feeds from the index: two episodes or fewer, under three minutes of content, no update in a year, no iTunes ID. He says this wasn't editorializing. Technically any RSS feed with audio is a podcast, but philosophically a podcast has to have some recognizable communication in it. The cleanup judged that minimum, not what the shows were about.

Episode 65: billion served. My favorite day of the week, got to say top of the list (approx., from transcript intro) 00:25:56 (play audio from this timestamp, opens in a new tab)
if you put up three episodes, nine years ago, and you actually put some effort into it. And these are three episodes of this podcast that that you were trying to me, you're actually working to get a try to figure out if you wanted to do podcasting and stuff like that. To me, that's who am I to say that that's not valuable?
