Summary
Podcasting 2.0 can't build everything. Fountain and Wavlake have built self-contained islands that work, but that isn't healthy, even for them. If Fountain becomes the only place V4V happens, Fountain will be less successful. Everyone benefits from a broad ecosystem of independent Lightning and podcasting infrastructure.
